Nextdoor Opens Offices in New York and Chicago Managed by Chad Tully and Brian Hagen - Nextdoor Blog

Today, we are excited to welcome Chad Tully and Brian Hagen to our growing business development team.

Chad will spearhead the opening of our office in New York, where he will run point building out brand and agency partnerships for the Eastern region. Brian will be opening an office in Chicago and will lead partnerships in the Midwest region. They’ll both be focusing on expanding our Sponsored Posts business, which we introduced to advertisers last month.

Chad and Brian represent best in class leaders in the industry and will play a critical role in connecting communities to businesses through hyperlocal content.

Chad has years of experience leading revenue growth at well-known internet companies. He started his career in digital media at Google and YouTube before joining Twitter in 2010 for the launch of Twitter Ads. Chad went on to lead the Financial Services, Dining, and Telecom categories at Twitter during his six years with the company. He is a member of Nextdoor NW-Ridgewood in Ridgewood, NJ, where he lives with his wife and two children.

Brian was also an early member of Twitter’s ad sales team where he helped open Twitter’s Chicago office in 2010. Most recently, he was head of sales for Twitter’s CPG team, and also led a team focused on Twitter’s largest Retail partners during his time with the company. Brian also began his career in digital media at Google, where he oversaw partnerships within the Dining and Home Services categories. Brian is a member of Nextdoor Ukrainian Village in Chicago, where he lives with his wife.
